  4. Select Posting Frequency & Platforms: Plan when and where to post.

  5. Use a Calendar Tool: Google Sheets or Google Docs, Trello, or scheduling apps like Notion.

  6. Schedule & Track: Plan ahead, automate posts, and analyze performance.
